Dylan Serrentino-Mullins

NatSec100 Fellow

Dylan is a Research Associate at Franklin Venture Partners covering aerospace and defense.

He previously served as the inaugural Director of Operations for Silicon Valley Defense Group (SVDG), a nonprofit that aims to promote technological innovation within the defense industrial base of the United States and its allies.

Dylan later became SVDG’s Director of Research, where he oversaw SVDG’s hallmark NATSEC100 report. He currently serves SVDG as a Research Fellow.

Dylan studied political science and economics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where he conducted legal research at the intersection of public policy and emerging technologies. From 2017 until 2023, Dylan served on the Board of Directors for Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), a national nonprofit dedicated to advocating for the safety and well-being of students across the country.

Since 2015, Dylan has volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician for his local EMS Agency, where he was also elected Vice President & Budget Director. For his efforts in public service, Dylan was awarded the Harry S. Truman Scholarship in 2020.
