Dylan Serrentino-Mullins

Director of Operations

Dylan Mullins is Silicon Valley Defense Group’s Director of Operations. In this role, Dylan manages the day-to-day operations of the nonprofit, including planning and executing strategic events, coordinating operational logistics, managing the organization’s resources, and representing SVDG at events and meetings with partners, sponsors, government officials, and other key stakeholders. 

Dylan also serves as Program Manager for the SVDG Academy, a stage agnostic pipeline for initial entry into the federal market for high growth commercial startups and their investors. 

Dylan is a Harry S Truman Scholar and studied Political Science and Economics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. While at Rutgers, Dylan was an Undergraduate Associate at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, an organization that studies American politics, analyzes how democracy might improve, and promotes political participation. 

Dylan also conducted research at Rutgers University into the intersection of technology and public policy. Building upon this research, Dylan co-authored a law review article exploring the relationship between privacy and public policy. 

Since 2017, Dylan has served on the Board of Directors for Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), a national nonprofit dedicated to promoting the safety and wellbeing of students across the country. Dylan has served as Vice Chair of SADD’s Board of Directors since 2021. In his spare time, Dylan volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician at his local first aid and rescue squad.
