2026 NatSec100 Launch

SVDG was proud to accompany the release of our annual NatSec100 report with a high-quality event at JPMorganChase headquarters in New York City.

Joined by NatSec100 founders, investors, and operators, we explored the report’s key findings, data, and recommendations. The conversation covered what makes a company successful, how investors identify enduring companies, reflections on the past year of acquisition reform, and what it will take to move more national security technologies from promise to scale.

We believe sustaining the momentum behind the VC-backed dual-use ecosystem will require a whole-of-nation effort. That includes growth-stage founders, early-stage capital to fuel innovation, and late-stage institutional capital to help scale critical national security technologies.

The NatSec100 report is designed to bring these worlds together, identify the gaps that remain, and highlight where the next phase of growth may come from.
